Gemmax Construction has been successfully involved in the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for over a decade. The investor’s requirement was to fully utilize the irregularly shaped plot, resulting in a building with a rhomboidal base measuring 19.2 x 67m, with a ridge height of 9.8m. The geometry of the structure necessitated 13 different truss roof supports, which were installed using bolted connections without additional welding, completed in a short timeframe.
