Contex Energy doo represents leading global manufacturers of equipment for district heating, oil, and gas. For the client, Contex Energy doo, we carried out construction and reconstruction works at the heating plant in Kragujevac.
The structure supporting the smoke ducts measures 8 x 6.5 x 50m, and additionally, supports for 5 boilers, pipeline supports along a 560m route, fan ducts for five boilers, roof structure, control room, collector and economizer supports were completed.
The project also involved the installation of a Schiedel chimney system with a diameter of 1200mm. A particular challenge during the work was the installation of the chimney from the boilers to the top of the support structure at a height of 50m.
