For the construction of road bridges using the pushing method, a steel beak was designed that reduces the bending moments of the cantilever part of the span structure during construction. The beak is made of two welded steel I-beams connected by telescopic couplings, which allows adaptability to different bridge spans and quick assembly on the construction site. The construction is segmental, which facilitates transport and disassembly.
The dimensions of the beak are variable, and the initial height is about 4.5 m, while the spacing of the supports ranges from 3.3 to 4.7 m. The use of Dywidag anchors for safe connection to the span construction is foreseen. The solutions are based on international recommendations and enable the efficient and safe implementation of shoring of bridges with a span of up to 55 m.

Advantages of the solution: flexibility for different projects, high security in the execution phase and significant acceleration of the assembly process.
