Diamond factory

We have successfully completed the works on the construction of steel structures for the project of building a new and more efficient factory for the production of crude and edible oil “Diamant” in Zrenjanin.

As part of the project, we carried out works on the construction of the following facilities:

Extraction plant – The main function of this plant is to extract oil from raw materials, using modern technological processes. Extraction is a key step in the production of edible oils because it enables the efficient use of raw materials while preserving the quality of the oil. The building consists of 6 floors.
Degumming plant – In this plant, the oil goes through the process of removing natural impurities, such as phospholipids, proteins and traces of rubber, which achieves greater purity and stability of the product. Degumming is important for preparing oil for further refining or direct use. The building consists of 3 floors.
Boiler room facility – Provides energy support for the smooth operation of the plant, with a high level of efficiency and reliability. The boiler room facility consists of a boiler room building (14 x 23m) and a platform for carrying the drum and boilers inside the building (14.5 x 6m).
