For the needs of the company “Air Traffic Control of Serbia and Montenegro – Smatsa”, a free-standing column – a tower with a dome for housing the radar antenna was designed. The steel column is designed as a free-standing column of a cantilever static system, 25m high, which is formed from sections 5x5000mm long. The width of the column is constant along the entire height and is 7200mm. On the basis of the assembly plan, we carried out the same, taking care not to change the conception of the object envisioned by the project and the conditional stages of assembly, ensuring the stability of the construction in all its phases.
