The Old Locomotive Workshop, built in 1926, was a key technological achievement alongside the Main Train Station. Today, through renovation, it is transforming into a multifunctional center for creativity, innovation, and knowledge.
Spanning 4,800 square meters, the workshop will provide space for workshops, classrooms, presentations, and exhibitions. Additionally, a new office building of 11,000 square meters is being constructed, providing space for:
- Administration of the Workshop
- IT Office
- e-Government of the Republic of Serbia
- Start-ups
- Innovative enterprises
