In cooperation with the company Karin Komerc MD d.o.o. from Veternik, works were carried out on the assembly and welding of the steel structure of the viaduct on the railway section at km 51+423.75 in Beška, section Stara Pazova – Novi Sad.
The railway bridge at km 51+423.75, on the double-track line Stara Pazova – Novi Sad, is a viaduct that spans the local road Beška – Maradik and a water channel.
The bridge structure was designed as a composite, simple beam system with a span of L=40m. The total length of the bridge is 480m, consisting of 12 spans, each 40m in length.
After delivery to the construction site, the segments were partially unloaded in the field where their assembly was planned, while the remaining segments were placed on storage areas along the access road near the bridge route.
The segments were assembled using a 120-ton mobile crane.
